IMPORTANT ECU SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place this completed form inside the package with your ECU.

  2. Package the ECU securely using bubble wrap or other protective material.

  3. Do not allow the ECU to move freely inside the shipping box.

  4. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.

  5. Do not ship keys, ignition switches, or other components unless requested by Precision ATV.

  6. Write your Order Number on the outside of the package when possible.
