Core Return Details

Pricing is based on receiving a complete, reusable, rebuildable core.

• Prepaid FedEx or UPS return label included with your shipment
• Remove your new engine and place your original core back into the supplied packaging
• ALL FLUIDS MUST BE COMPLETELY DRAINED BEFORE RETURN
• Attach the prepaid return label
• Drop the packaged core off at the appropriate UPS or FedEx facility
• Core must be returned within 10 business days of delivery of your replacement engine
• Failure to return the core within the required time will result in a core charge

Core Charge

Engine Core: $CORE CHARGE

• Any core charge and/or refund is subject to a 5% non-refundable processing fee
• Core must be complete and rebuildable
• EVERY CORE WILL BE INSPECTED
• Severely damaged, incomplete, cracked, or otherwise unusable cores may be subject to additional charges
• If your return label is missing, contact us immediately for a replacement
• If you have questions about a damaged or questionable core, contact one of our team members before shipping
