Core Return Details

• Pricing is based on receiving a good, reusable core
• Prepaid FedEx OR UPS return label included with your shipment
• Remove new engine and place your core back in the original packaging
• ALL FLUIDS MUST BE DRAINED before return
 • Attach prepaid label and drop off at any UPS OR FEDEX FACILITY
• Core must be returned within 10 business days of delivery of your new engine
• Failure to return the core on time will result in a core charge (no exceptions)

• Any core charge and/or refund is subject to a 5% non-refundable processing fee
• Core must be complete and rebuildable. EVERY CORE WILL BE INSPECTED
• If a return label is missing, contact us immediately for replacement
